I have been living a high raw food lifestyle since 2002. I say 'high raw' because while the majority of time my diet is 100% raw, I do eat some cooked vegan foods in the winter months.. mostly steamed vegetables. I have not been to a medical doctor, not take a prescription drug or over the counter drug since I started on this path. Most importantly I have not been sick during this period either. All of the colds, flu bugs, etc. that my friends, family members and strangers around me get.. I do not. This is a direct result of the living foods lifestyle that I live. I used to be that person.. the one who "catches" all of the colds, flu bugs, etc. I suffered for years with severe sinusitis, migraines, and yeast infections. That is all long gone.

When I first started on the raw food diet, at the instruction of a licensed nutritionist, I was extremely ill. In 2002/2003 the information about raw foods on the internet was rather slim. There was of course David Wolfe, Dr. Cousens, Dr. Graham, Dr. Sniadich, Shazzie (with a fairly new site), Brenda Cobb, all the 'major' names in the raw food industry.. but there was nothing out there like there is today. The reason it has spread like wildfire is because when people adjust their diets to this lifestyle and they do it properly, it works!

Today there are numerous personal web sites of individuals who, because of the success of their own personal raw food lifestyle, a raw have went on to become raw food coaches, raw food personal trainers, raw food consultants and raw food chefs. Before hiring any raw food coach, consultant, or trainer I suggest you do your research and check their qualifications.

HOW TO BECOME A RAW FOOD COACH
RAW FOOD PERSONAL TRAINER OR RAW FOOD CHEF?

Maybe you too have been living the raw food lifestyle for a few years and wish to start teaching others how they can change their lives for the better by incorporating a higher percentage of raw foods into their diet. There are many individuals and organizations that offer courses and training to teach you how to become a raw food coach, raw food personal trainer, raw food consultant or raw food chef. Below are the most trusted names and programs I've found. No matter what courses and training you take, in my personal opinion, you must absolutely live the lifestyle if you wish to be able to teach others to live the lifestyle.

Raw Coach Training - Looking for information on how you can become a raw food coach or chef? This intensive raw coach training program is ran by long time raw foodist Karen Knowler, former managing director of The Fresh Network in the U.K. Karen has 15 years experience of eating a raw food diet. Karen has worked with people all over the world including many celebrities. If anyone can teach you how to teach others to go raw it's Karen!

Raw Chef Training - Everything from beginners fundamental raw food classes to raw culinary arts professional chef certification. While hands on training in their professional facilities is highly encouraged they do offer an internet class as well. Please check them out - highest recommendation if you are wishing to become a raw food chef.

The Living Foods Institute - The Living Foods Institute is owned and operated by Brenda Cobb. Brenda Cobb offers an extensive, ten-day course that shows individuals who they can achieve optimum health and happiness through a wholistic body, mind, and spirit approach to healing.
