I've personally eaten at Karyn's raw restaurant in Chicago, Quintessence and Bonobos in New York, Juliano's in California, and Go Raw Cafe in Las Vegas, Nevada. Very honestly the food at ALL of the raw food restaurants was great! However there is absolutely no contest in my humble opinion that the BEST raw food restaurant that I've eaten from is Go Raw Cafe in Las Vegas!! If you are a raw foodist.. or even if you are not, don't even think about going to Las Vegas without making a stop at Go Raw Cafe. I guarantee you that you will love it!!

I was in Las Vegas for an art exhibit and Go Raw actually delivered to my hotel for me. I had three non-raw food friends with me --- all of which helped me eat all the foods we ordered, and every one of them LOVED Go Raw Cafe's food... not one of them could believe it was 'raw'. We had a huge sampling of their menus and there was nothing we tried that wasn't a hit with not only myself but all my cooked friends too.
